With the lathe bed removed from its foot (a special quick-fitting was provided) it could be mounted in a bench vice and, with the use of two tailstocks, employed for "pivoting" work. Parts F39 and F5B below were part of the assembly.

Part F5B broach extractor--holds the pivot broaches by conical adjustment

Part F36 universal runner  with 3 plates for re-pivoting work (used in conjunction with the standard tailstock). Parts F36, F37, F37P and F38 were part of the assembly

Part F36 universal runner with 20-hole plate for watch work

Part 37P centring  plate for small clock work with 7 holes

Part F37 centring plate for larger wall and alarm clock" work with 10 taper holes 1.10 mm to 6 mm
