Advertised during 1951 and manufactured by the Lumsden Lamp Company in Almondbank, near Perth, the Lumsden Woodworker was offered in several forms ranging in price from £11 to £31. Described by the makers as offering facilities to turn between centres, saw, polish and grind, the wide price range would have been accounted for by the type of stand fitted, the electric motor and number and type of accessories included.
