1906 Garvin Model 131/2 Plain Miller with arbor bracing bars in place.

Garvin Model 14 Plain Miller with the 20-speed dual chain/belt table-feed drive mechanism

Of an advanced specification for the makers, the Model 14A was fitted with a table having 28 inches of longitudinal movement, 8" in traverse and 19 inches vertically. The power feeds worked on every axis - and in both directions - and could be stopped and started by just one handle. The patents applicable to this machine were taken out in February 1904 and September 1905.
