Where today can you buy an honest, all cast-iron, cast-aluminium and steel, British-made, table-top saw bench? The answer is, you can't. Everything now seems to be made from folded sheet steel and, while it might look the part, a couple of years down the line you'll be throwing it on the tip. Now, while the little Faircut saw in not in the class of a Wadkin, it really is it's baby brother and easily capable of decades of regular use.
