Possibly by Weisser and known to have been used in the "Leuna Werke", in what used to be East Germany, this 155 mm centre height by 750 mm between-centres lathe was originally flat belt drive. The conversion to double V-belts has been neatly done and made a lathe constructed in the late 1920s or early 1930s a rather more useable proposition.
