Part of the magnificent Dennis Turk collection in the U.S.A., this particularly fine and original Seneca Falls "Star" can be easily distinguished from later models by the bulges at each side of the apron. Happily a number of accessories have survived with the machine including the dangerous slotted faceplate-cum-driveplate and an unusual combination of steady rest and toolpost designed to support slender work whish allowing the operator to apply a cut by using a screw-feed from the rear.
