SOLD: CROMWELL Precision S800 Lathe. 3.5" x 20" backgeared with screwcutting gearbox and power cross feed.. Unused for many years. The lathe itself appears complete and in good order. Some surface rust, but mostly dust and dirt on top of grease. All slides work smoothly. Base and motor-drive unit dismantled for moving. Has a second 6-inch Burnerd half-depth body 4-jaw chuck, single-phase motor, Dewhurst reversing switch and push-button starter. Comes with lots of change gears, several collets, faceplate, unused high-quality rotating centre, centre and various cutters. The lathe can be carried in sections by two (strong) people.
