SOLD: A beautiful antique triangular-bed watchmaker's lathe by the German watch firm of Glashutte. 245 mm long bed with a centre height of 35mm. Very rare and of unknown age - but almost certainly circa 1840 - this is an exquisitely crafted lathe and complete with a range of  original "key-retained" wire, stepped and wax collets and other original maker's accessories including a compound slide rest, multi-hole fixed steady, roller file rest, runners, etc. Super, original; unmodified condition requiring only the most sympathetic of cleaning to restore.  £650  More pictures and details here
